Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 20 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unopened & Unused Products: All items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all seals intact. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used vape products.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

Opened or used vape pens, disposables, or e-liquids.
Items purchased from a third-party retailer (please contact the retailer directly).
Sale or clearance items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Contact Customer Support: Email our support team at thcediblesusa@gmail.com or call us at (210) 570-3261 or chat with us through the Livechat button on the website with your order number and the reason for your return. For damaged or defective products, please attach a photo of the item.
Receive Your RMA Number: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
Ship the Product: Securely package the item and include your RMA number inside the box. Ship the package to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
